We will only list properties that are acceptable so you can be sure we will have a one that meets your standards. We will help you wherever possible to make your move to a new home smooth and stress-free. In return we ask that you keep all appointments arranged or at least inform us in advance if you have to cancel a viewing.
v We will prepare the property to an acceptable condition for letting or re-letting after departure of previous tenant.
v We will insist on at least two references and check them thoroughly before recommending a tenant to a landlord. Please ensure you have suitable recommendations from previous landlords or other acceptable sources. (Employers, Banks etc).
v All tenants, regardless of the term of their intended stay, will have to sign a lease agreement before taking possession of a property.
v We will set up a lease agreement, Collect Security Deposit, organise Rent payments, help to set up utility accounts and all other administration associated with moving home. This will only be done when all requirements of the lease are in place (deposit, references etc)
v Organise all PRTB forms and administration.
v We ask you to report all maintenance issues that arise to allow us to have them put right in the shortest time possible.
v We insist on good behaviour whilst in your rented home and ask for your consideration for your neighbours. All complaints will be investigated immediately and will be dealt with rigidly if found to be valid.
